Certificate Of Competence In The Safe Use Of Pesticides

Finchale Training College offers training designed to meet the
National Proficiency Test Council safe use of pesticides.
This is a sought after qualification within the horticulture industry and is a legal requirement when using pesticides.

Qualifications

• PA1: Foundation module safe use of pesticides, environmental factors and legislation. Successful completion of this module will be the condition of entry to any other module in this scheme in the use of pesticides.
• PA6: Hand held applicators. Successful completion of this module allows you to prepare, calibrate and operate equipment ensuring the correct application of pesticides is applied without risk to yourself, other people and the environment.
