- Managing and Maintaining Systems That Run Windows 7 Client
- Identify and/or resolve performance issues.
- Solve hardware failure issues.
- Solve enterprise wireless connectivity issues.
- Solve enterprise remote access issues.
- Identifying Cause of and Resolving Security Issues
- Solve Windows Internet Explorer security issues

COURSE LENGTH
The length of the course is flexible - and will in general, include a period of work placement and holidays. This course must be taken as an addition to one of the other technical courses run in the college.
