EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
To gain employment in the Distribution field, you will need to be able to assist with a variety of warehousing responsibilities to meet company demands. A proficient understanding of health and safety, truck operation, vehicle loading/unloading, care and maintenance is also required. Good communication skills are also essential for today's working environment.
This course is intended to help you prepare and progress to employment of more than 16 hrs per week in a wide variety of jobs that are constantly being advertised for the Local Employment Partnerships
On successful completion of this course you will have the necessary skills to gain employment as a fork lift truck driver, warehouse operative, store person, warehouse order picker/packer.
