Support for Learning

Finchale provides a range of specialist individual services to support you in overcoming your barriers to work. Some trainees will need to develop their communication skills and specialist individual support is available to help in developing the ability to work with others. Qualified and experienced staff are available to help trainees overcome barriers caused by dyslexia and dyspraxia. We cannot remove disabilities but we can help you to develop strategies that will help you gain and retain employment.
