NVQ Distribution, Warehousing and Storage Operations Level I & Level II
The aim of this course is to provide you with the practical skills you need to operate successfully within, and to make a valuable contribution to, a stores environment.

Content

Mandatory Units:
Contributing to maintaining
a safe and healthy workplace
Contributing to keeping
the workplace secure
Working effectively in own organisation

Additional optional units must be taken
from an extensive range of choices
under the following four main groups:
Stock storage and order processing
Promoting products to customers
Customer services
Organisational effectiveness

Training is also available infork lifttruck operations

Length
The length of the course is flexible - up to a total of 44 weeks, which includes a period of work placement and holidays.

Qualifications

NVQ Distributive Operations Level I
NVQ Distribution and Warehousing Operations Level II
R.T.I.T.B. Fork Lift Truck Operators Certificate in both Counterbalance and Reach, both nationally recognised
