Association Of Accounting Technicians - Diploma Pathway Advanced Certificate
The aim of this course is to provide you with the knowledge and practical skills to operate in a supervisory capacity within the modern accounting office environment. This is through the AAT Awarding Body.

Content
The flexibility of the scheme enables you to gain experience and demonstrate competence in:

  • Financial accounting
  • Costing
  • Operating a cash management and credit control system
  • Accounting work skills*
  • Professional ethics (new unit)
  • * You will not need to do Accounting work skills if you have done Certificate level

Length
The length of the course is flexible - up to a total of 52 weeks, which includes a period of work placement and holidays.

Association of Accounting Technicians (Diploma Pathway) Advanced Certificate

Opportunities
On successful completion of this course you will have the necessary skills to apply for vacancies as an accounts supervisor, accounts assistant, chief cashier or cost controller. Self-employment is also an option.
