We are a specialist provider offering employment focussed training and rehabilitation for disabled adults aged 18+ with multiple barriers to work.
All of our programmes are customised to address individual need and bring together a wide range of specialist support to achieve sustained employment.
Finchale offers training programmes in a variety of vocations, from horticulture to accountancy. Each course is designed for you to achieve your potential and will prepare you for entering employment of 16 hours per week. In general each course will include a work placement.
Finchale has established a network of support from local and national businesses which provide work placements and employment opportunities in each of the vocational training areas. As well as being a residential specialist College Finchale is also a
registered charity (no. 1001027). We host a variety of public and College
fundraising events throughout the year. Your support will help us to
provide better facilities and services for our trainees.
